IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED IF EACH MEMBER COULD DONATE AT LEAST ONE ITEM TO BE SOLD AT THE GARAGE SALE

Please everyone get behind this!! We need the funds. This is how 5gtr survives through fundraising. Without fundraising we have no station! Also, we haven't set the date yet but are hoping to get it up and going about a week before Christmas. Can you all pls let us know what you're donating by the end of next week, 5th December. There are lists to fill in all over the station, on the notice boards, in the office, at the front reception. If you want to email me with the details - finance@5gtr.net - janet. Also if you have trouble with transporting your donation, you can let either Mat Wall or me (janet) know and we can organise it for you.
I don't think we will be able to get this happening before the New Year. We have two training weekends, the BBQ, the Christmas at the lakes, Carols by Candlelight, all happening in December. BUT we still want all your donations as soon as possible so we can prepare.
